Using the latest web technology, our Gold Star Support Centre software allows you to raise calls, and monitor their progress. You keep control by allowing authorised personnel only to raise calls, and you can trace how many calls are being raised at any time by visiting the website

For larger organisations we can customise a dedicated Support Centre service, either unit or time based, and we can provide engineering support in addition to the in-house support personnel you may already use, to cover resource shortages or specific projects
